Visited Coastal Settlement. It is at loyang, pretty far. Ordered the truffle mushrooms and I was to finish everything by myself. What fun. It turned so jelat. The beer was good and the place was pretty cute. Decos on the ceiling and all around.

HK tomorrow!

Lie on the bed and sing your favorite song

Sis.

Finally tried Food for Thought's food and it was just meh. The salad was horrible, but the steak was okay.

Had a walk around town because we were bored. Shopped and jumped. And again, my hair is at a debatable length. Cut or not? I just can't decide if I should keep it long, because short hair suits me more, but I missed my long hair. Argh.

You thought that the leaves whispered to you

I was swimming. I saw the end of the pool while on the first lap. I swam harder and grabbed the end of the pool anxiously. I stood up, brushed back the hair, adjusted the goggles, breathing hard. Second lap, I saw the end when I was further away. I reached for it. I stopped, panting. The time was 15:02.

I finished Eleven Minutes. A little out of the ordinary. I like Paulo Coelho's style. There's nothing complicated with the words but the story ended up feeling wholesome. A story about a prostitute who saw the world through her job. Just a year, nothing more and nothing less. The detailed sexual scenes depicted with words. Well that's not the point. Sadomasochism, also quite interesting.

Me studying for one of my last papers.

I love this cheese thing.

Sunset after the last paper.

Chicken on skewer.

Not so brave.

Some spicy rice.

Last paper over, went to eat at Nando's. Felt both happy and sad. I think I find one paper extremely hard I'm sooo afraid I'll fail it argh.

After FYP presentation, phew... The presentation itself was rather okay. The Q&A wasn't so.

These are the photos from my iPhone at Papa Palheta and Paul. I want the ice cream holders (filled with ice-cream) at home! I will keep scooping from it and be happy.

I am now watching Forensic Heroes III, exciting. I realized that hk dramas are now having story lines advancing faster and faster. Unlike the old hk dramas which used to focus on feelings between humans, now its just cases after cases. Hard to explain, if you knew what I meant.

Cupcake for babies.

Snail mailed a card I drew (with words of course). Okay, I know there's an error in 'there' I corrected it but didn't took the final picture.

Found this after a swim.

At forty hands.

Mushroom and cod sandwich.

Chanced upon the Loof, or was it not called the loof. That's my short term memory for you.

When I am rich I will buy these babies and put em in my home.

Yes. I'm sure most have heard of the only man that escaped the North Korea's prison alive. There's this link going around. I think the story fascinated me because North Korea fascinated me. I thought the entire country was like a Truman Show, but the prison was worst. The prison was another world, another system, except, no one gets out of the system. The superior prison wardens were probably worst than any. Life was indeed cheap there.

I eat a lot.

Blueberries pancake and spicy spaghetti.

I continued..........

Finally, I made my way out of the pool. The water dripped. I grabbed the towel and sat where my bag was. Hungry, empty.
Drained. I thought I was adventurous. I thought nothing was difficult. You wouldn't even admire until it was proven that you can't do it.

Took an evening flight. I know it's pretty trivial but there was so much movement of the plane because of turbulence I was crazy scared it felt like roller coaster.

First meal there.

I think its quite a bit of a culture change. You'd hear horning every 5-8 secs. The corners of the streets coated with layers of dirt and moss. The bicycle lanes which bicycles travel both ways; the swift swerving and switching of lanes of vehicles big and small. Smoking in malls. The bad pork tastes. The rude waitresses. Everywhere was crowded. The incessant queue-cutting.

But its amazing how they function in mess. The busy streets, nobody stops to take a good look around. Everything moved fast.

Breakfast.

Look how they are chillin. 5 mins later when I was back they were all gone.

Roasted goose.

I think brinjal was real good there.

Soup

Fruits were dirt cheap, peeled mangoes and had supper in the hotel

I kept getting these yellow corn, the purple corn were tasteless.

8 bucks for this super big bowl of fish. Think it was one whole fish. I loved this but there were ALOT of bones.

This tastes like short noodles in thick gravy. Something plain but tasted pretty shiok. I think I like this.

Siew mai

Otw to Guang zhou

Almond paste. Ate this a couple of times it was really nice.

This was nice too.

Tea every morning. You gotta brew em on your own.

Pigeon

Brinjal again. Spicy.

I really love this prawn chee cheong fun.

One for one.

Flight back was delayed.

In general, the food was really cheap there. Some were less than 2 dollars. We dined mostly at restaurants and for two it was usually like 8 or 6 dollars when we ordered duck or chicken and a lot more. Value for money.

Latte

Cappuccino

Headed to Papa Palheta. It's a really cosy cafe. Limited seats there. The other day it was raining when we got there so we stayed for a couple hours and you pay any amount you deemed worth. Think you gotta know coffee well so you know what to have because they don't have a menu.

Salmon salad

chicken

Wow the weather's extremely humid it makes people flare up. Zz. I'm just back from china and I don't miss that place.
